RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here is information on our return & exchange policy! For exchanges, please do not fill out a return request. Please scroll down to our “Exhange Information” and follow the steps listed. 


RETURN INFORMATION:

Items are eligible for store credit only; some exclusions apply. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to the email address we have on file.  

Items must be received within 14 days of shipment arrival date or they will be returned to sender. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival date.

Once you receive email approval, returns as well as the original packing slip should be sent to: VerClare Boutique, 231 S. Green St., Chenoa, IL 61726, and may take up to 72 hours to process. Returns are at the expense of the customer. 

EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

If a different size of the item is needed, check the website for availability and purchase as a new order.  A gift card will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, to the email used to purchase.

ALL PREORDERS, CLEARANCE, PERMANENT SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND BASICS (LEGGINGS, TANK TOPS ETC) ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Temporary sales, such as flash sales and occasionally-issued discount codes under 25% off, may be eligible for return at the discretion of VerClare.  However, when discount codes are used on clothing already marked as sale items, these items may not be returned.
