Are sale items final?
Yes, all sale items are final sale.
Do you price match on promotional or flash sales?
No, we do not price match on promotional or flash sales.
What if I purchase an item marked for clearance?
If an item is marked for clearance, we will honor the clearance price if you contact us within 12 hours of your original purchase.
Gift Cards and Discounts
Can I use gift cards online?
Yes, gift cards can be used online. They are delivered via email with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. There are no additional processing fees for gift cards.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be used online and are delivered by email. At checkout, enter the code in the designated field to apply the discount. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order, including any automatic discounts.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect address information provided by you.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We use USPS and UPS depending on the weight and destination of your package. We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, so please keep an eye on your tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has started processing. If an order is cancelled, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover processing fees.
