Frequently Asked Questions

  • RETURNS
    • Items are eligible for store credit only; some exclusions apply.  All return inquiries must be made within 48 hours of item receipt (verclareboutique@gmail.com).  No returns accepted without written permission from our team and all items must be received within 14 days of shipment arrival date or they will be returned to sender. ALL PREORDERS, SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING FLASH SALES), ACCESSORIES AND BASICS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival date.  
  • SALES
    • Occasionally, we will run sales.  All sale items are final sale.  We currently do not price match on promotional sales or flash sales.  If an item is marked on clearance, we will honor the price if we are contacted within 12 hours of the original purchase price. 
  • GIFT CARDS
    • Gift cards may be used online.  Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at check out.  Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.  
  • SHIPPING
    •  All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, if not earlier (Monday-Friday). Please make sure when paying your invoice that your address is correct.  While we will do our best to help, we cannot be held liable for any incorrect information that you provide.  We ship with USPS and UPS depending on the weight of your package, and the destination. Please make sure to watch for your package, as we are not liable for any packages that show "delivered" by our shipping carriers :)
  • PRIORITY SHIPPING
    • While standard shipping is free, we do offer priority (2-3 days) for those last minute events!  Priority Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the United States.
