Who doesn't use Pinterest these days? It's great for inspiration for home decoration, outfits and recipes, among of course a million other things. But when looking up "dinner ideas" or similar searches, it can be hard to know which recipes will actually be as tasty as their photo may look. We noticed how much you ladies liked our New Year's blog that featured a meal prep recipe so we decided we would give you a few other recipes from Pinterest that are our go to favorites!
No Bake Energy Bites
These little energy bites are a great healthy snack for when you're on the go. They are as easy as tossing the ingredients in one bowl and mixing it up!
Butternut Squash, Bacon & Blue Cheese Pizza
This is a super tasty pizza recipe, but Cristina usually makes a few modifications. She sometimes uses a pre-made pizza crust instead of ciabatta, adds butter and garlic to the olive oil base that goes on the ciabatta/crust, and then tops the pizza with balsamic to finish. YUM.
Slow Cooker Enchilada Quinoa Casserole
I am personally a big fan of the crock pot because it makes making dinner a bit simpler for me. I found this recipe and tried it once and loved it. The second time I made it I was in a hurry so I tried to do it from memory, because its not too difficult of a recipe, and accidentally added some extra things that I had purchased for a different recipe...but it turned out just as good and now I continue to make it this way! It calls for 2 cans of black beans, but I also add a can of kidney beans and a can of chili beans in mild sauce, because it adds to the amount of servings and a little more protein, since there is no meat. I also top it with some hot sauce because I love spicy food!
Chopped Thai Chicken Salad
Here is a salad recipe that spices up the traditional boring salad! This Thai chicken salad is sure to be a favorite of yours too with its zesty and fresh flavors! This recipe is pretty simple and includes instructions for both the salad, and the dressing.
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Bowls
Our last Pinterest recipe features buffalo chicken, a favorite in my house. This chicken can be made in the crock pot, is then shredded and put on top of avocado, tomatoes, corn etc. and makes for a yummy dinner!

This is one of my favorite healthy meals I make! Always get complements how good it is. Use veggie spaghetti noodles to make it even healthier!
